So I asked my millinery tutor, "What is the little stalk on top of the beret for?" I know it's kind of a silly question but, it always seemed to me that it was there for a reason. You know like the end of the woolen chain that knit together the beret. NOPE.
It is a creative choice. Someone, somewhere thought it was a good idea. Honestly, I kind of agree. It's pretty cute.
